Removing the seat-position sensor on the front seat

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Preliminary works

Unfasten cable strap (1).

Unlock connectors in order from (1) to (4) and pull them out of the plug housing one after another in the direction of the arrow (5).

Loosen the cable holder (1) from the seat mechanism.
If necessary, unclip the other cable clips.
Put the cable (2) to one side.

Drill out rivet (1).
Pull the seat position sensor (2) out up of the seat mechanism (3) upwards and remove.
