Cleaning the crack surfaces
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Maintain conditions of absolute cleanliness.
- Do not use compressed air to fuse off cracked areas.
- Draw new connecting rods off prior to the installation.
- Draw off all crack surfaces (1) using a commercially available vacuum cleaner (2).
