Install both rear lights on the tailgate

Installing the rear light on the tailgate on the left 

• Check the retaining lug (1) at the rear light (3) for damage and replace if necessary.
• Replace the gasket (2).

• Position the rear light in the tailgate such that the latch mechanism (3) engages.
• Tighten nuts (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Rear light at tailgate
  nut M6	Tightening torque	2.6 Nm

• Connect connectors (1) and lock.

Follow-up Work 

• Install rear light TRIMS
• Install the tailgate TRIM PANEL .
• Install the tailgate LIFT SWITCH .
