Install charge air temperature sensor

- Adhere to the utmost cleanliness.
- Protect components from contamination e.g. by covering.
- Close off line connections with seal plugs.
- Replace the sealing ring (1) on the charge-air temperature sensor (2).
Parts : Sealing ring
- Insert and install the charge air temperature sensor. (4).
- Tighten charge air temperature sensor (4).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Charge air temperature sensor on charge air line Sensor Tightening torque 1.8 Nm - Connect and lock the connector (3).
The connector (3) must engage audibly.
- Insert and install the wiring harness (2).
- Tighten down screw (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Wiring harness to intake plenum Tightening torque 4 Nm
