Attaching the charge air cooler
- Check the seal (1)
for damage and replace if necessary.
- Check sealing ring (1)
for damage, replace if necessary.
- Feed the charge air cooler (6) in and install it.
- Tighten down screws (5).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Charge air cooler to holder M 6x35 tightening torque 8 Nm - Secure the coolant lines (see arrows) to the clamps.
- Lock clamps (4).
The clamps (4) must engage audibly.
- Connect connectors (3) and lock.
The connectors (3) must engage audibly.
- Insert and install charge air line (2).
- Tighten down screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Connecting hose to charge air cooler Hexagon screw M6 tightening torque 8 Nm
