Fastening high-voltage cables on the electrical machine electronics

- Do not repair damaged high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components. They must always be replaced with new parts in their original packaging.
- If high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components are damaged and contact protection is not longer provided, technical support must be contacted immediately.

- Clip the high-voltage cable (1) into the holder in the marked area.
- Connect the high-voltage connector (2) on straight.
- Tighten down screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
High-voltage cable to electrical machine electronics M6x25 Tighten screws in crosswise sequence. Joining torque 3 Nm Tightening torque 8 Nm - Connect and lock the high-voltage connectors (3).
- Connect connectors (2) and lock.
- Position the holder for the tension relief and tighten the screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Holder for tension relief M6 tightening torque 8 Nm - Connect and lock the high-voltage connectors (4).
- Correctly attach high-voltage cable (2) in the marked area and detach from the rubber grommet (3).
- Position the upper section of the holder for the tension relief and tighten the screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Holder for tension relief M6 tightening torque 8 Nm - Feed in the sealing frame (2) and install.
- Tighten screws (arrows).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Sealing frame at the top on sealing frame at the bottom RF5x26.5 tightening torque 2.5 Nm - Secure the clamp (1).
