Remove exhaust system
- Unlock connector (1).
- Disconnect the connector (1) of the exhaust flap (2).
- Unlock connector (1).
- Disconnect the connector (1) of the exhaust flap (2).
- Use a suitable jack to secure the exhaust system (1) from falling down. If the exhaust system is drained while under tension, there is the risk that the retaining bolts (2) will break.
- Loosen nuts (1).
- Loosen screw (1).
- Lower holder (2) of the exhaust bracket.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Lay ground strap to one side.
- Loosen screw (3).
- Lower holder (2) of the exhaust bracket.
- Version A:
Loosen nuts (1).
- Slide circlips (2) to the rear.
- Guide out and remove the exhaust system with the help of three persons.
- Remove the exhaust system towards the rear.
- Version B:
Loosen union nut (1).
- Version B:
Loosen union nut (1).
- Version B:
Release nuts (1).
- Version B:
Release nuts (1).
- Guide out and remove the exhaust system with the help of three persons.
- Remove the exhaust system towards the rear.
