Install the trim panel for the storage shelf

Installing the trim panel for the rear shelf 

• Install trim panel (2) for the rear shelf and guide in the seat belts (3).
• Lift the trim panel (2) for the rear shelf slightly and connect and lock the connectors underneath.
• Correctly position the trim panel (2) for the rear shelf and attach the expanding rivet (1).

• Check the correct fit of the trim panel for the rear shelf (1) on the ventilation grille (2).

• Insert the seat belt finisher strip (2).
• Clip in the cover (1) in the arrow direction.

• Guide the seat belt end fitting (2) into the body.
• Replace screws (1).

  Parts:  Screws

• Tighten down screws (1).

End lining to body
M10 Replace screw.	Tightening torque  42 Nm

• With SA416 roller sunblinds: 
• Tighten the screws (1) in the trunk.

	Tightening torque  4 Nm

Remove rear seat backrest 

• Insert the rear seat backrest (2) and place the seat belt around the rear seat backrest (2).

• Hook the rear seat backrest (2) into the guides (3) from above.
• Replace screws (1).

  Parts:  Screws

• Tighten down screws (1).

Rear seat backrest on body
Screw Replace screw.	Tightening torque  42 Nm

Installing the rear seat bench 

• Place the rear seat and while doing so feed in the lower straps (3).
• Connect the connector in the areas (2) and lock it.
• Clip the rear seat in the areas (1) into the detents downwards.

Installing the left and right backrest side section 

Install backrest side section 

• Feed in the guides (1) of the backrest side section in arrow direction at the bottom.

• Clip in the backrest side section (1) at the top in the arrow direction on to the detent (2).

Install both C-pillar trim panels 

Installing C-pillar trim panel 

• Feed the C-pillar trim panel (1) with the guides (2) in arrow direction into the rear deck.

• Clip in the C-pillar trim panel (1) at the clamp (2) and at the clips (3).
• Make sure that the edge protection (4) is fitted correctly.
