Disassembling cylinder head from the special tool (exhaust turbocharger removed)

NOTE: To provide a better overview: View from below.

• Release the screw from the special tools 0 494 368 (11 9 003)  and 0 494 369 (11 9 004)  .

• Position cylinder head on the special tool 0 494 362 (11 9 000)  so that the exhaust turbocharger can be mounted.
• Position special tool 0 494 369 (11 9 004)  centered under the cylinder head.
• Secure cylinder head with screw (1) on special tool 0 494 369 (11 9 004)  .

• Replace bearing journal (1).

  Parts:  Bearing journal

• Install guide rail (2) from above.
• Tighten the bearing journals (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Bearing journal to cylinder head
Replace bearing journal.	Tightening torque  20 Nm
