Fastening the banjo bolt for the coolant return line on the exhaust turbocharger of cylinders 1 through 4

• Position the coolant return line (3) at the exhaust turbocharger.
• Hand-tighten the bolt (2).
• Replace the sealing rings of the banjo bolt (1).

  Parts:  Sealing ring

• Tighten the banjo bolt (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Banjo bolt for coolant line on exhaust turbocharger
M14x1.5 Replace sealing rings.	Tightening torque	35 Nm

• Tighten down screw (2).

M6x16	Tightening torque	10 Nm
