If installed: Secure active stabilizer (additional work for ARS)

Install the active stabilizer on the front axle support 

Check 

• Check thread for damage.

Result 

» Thread is damaged.

Measure

• Install the Helicoil thread insert.

• Repair the damaged thread with a Helicoil thread insert.

  Install the Helicoil thread inserts so that they are flush with the original thread.

• Install the wiring harness on the front axle support.
• Install the active stabilizer and tighten the bolts (1).

M12 Replace screw.	Joining torque	100 Nm
	Angle of rotation	45°

• Install the wiring harness mounting and tighten the bolt (1).

	Tightening torque	8 Nm

• Connect plug connection (1) and (2).

• Tighten the bolt (1) of the wiring harness mounting on the front axle support.

	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Install the cover of the steering assembly on the right 

Install the cover of the steering assembly 

• Insert the cover (1).
• Tighten all bolts (arrows).

Install the front section of the front right wheel arch cover

• Guide in the front section (1) of the front wheel arch cover.
• Tighten screws (arrows).
