Installing the coolant return line for the exhaust turbocharger (auxiliary coolant pump is removed)

• Replace O-ring (1).

  Parts:  O-ring

• Insert the coolant return line (3) and position it on the exhaust turbocharger.

• Replace the O-ring of the coolant feed line.

  Parts:  O-ring

• Position the coolant feed line (2) at the exhaust turbocharger.
• Tighten down screw (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Coolant feed line/coolant return line to exhaust turbocharger
M6x12	Tightening torque	8 Nm

• Tighten down screw (3).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Coolant return line holder to exhaust turbocharger
M6x12	Tightening torque	8 Nm
