Removing the outside door handle support, right

Prerequisite 

• Door, window glass is closed.

Preliminary works 

• DEACTIVATE the 48 v electrical system.
• Remove the mirror triangle COVER .
• Remove the exterior MIRROR .
• Remove the door handle COVER .
• Remove front door TRIM PANEL .
• Remove the front door WEATHER STRIP .
• Remove the front door MODULE CARRIER .
• Remove the front outside DOOR HANDLE .

• Loosen screw (1).
• Remove the attachment hood (2).

• Loosen screw (1).

• Feed out the outside door handle support.
• Detach wiring harness.
• Lift the tab (1) over the latch mechanism and twist it upwards.

• Detach the Bowden cable (2).
• Detach the Bowden cable nipple (3).
• Remove the outside door handle support.
