Removing the engine from assembly jig

• Attach the workshop crane with the special tool 0 490 579 (11 0 070)  and position the engine (1).

• Release nuts at the special tool 2 413 082  .
• Detach the holder (2) in the direction of the arrow.
• Release the engine (1) with the special tool 2 455 010  out of the special tool 2 413 082  in the direction of the arrow.

• Release the standard screws (arrows).

• Guide out and remove the special tool 2 455 010  at the engine (1).

• Variant with rear wheel drive: 

  Install the engine support bracket (2).

  Tighten down screws (1).

  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

  M10	Tightening torque	38 Nm

• Variant with all-wheel drive: 

Install the engine support bracket (2).

Tighten down screws (1).
