Damage to the rim
- In order to avoid damage such as pressure points/scratches on the wheel centering, it is recommended that the rim is fixed to the tire mounting machine with a 5-hole clamping flange.
- Example illustration. Use the clamping flange according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Pirelli tires can happen to have two little holes in the tread pattern!
These two holes are production-related!
The presence of these two little holes in the tread pattern does not represent a fault and does not affect the performance and the efficiency of the tires in any way!
- If there is a match point (white-colored dot) present on the wheel rim and the tire, observe the following procedure!
During the mounting, align the match point (1) on the wheel rim with the match point (2) on the tire.
