Grease the brake pads, the brake anchor plate and the brake caliper with the brake pad paste (17-inch low brake)
- Clean the contact surfaces (1) of the brake pistons (4 pieces) with brake cleaner.
- Check dust boots (2) for damage. Replace if necessary.
- Replace the sliding plates (1).

- Mount the sliding plates (1).
- Ensure the sliding plates (1) are seated in the guides correctly.
- Clean the contact surfaces (1) for the brake pads on the brake caliper.
Do not mechanically clean the contact surfaces to prevent damage to the surface coating.
- Apply a thin coat of the brake pad paste to the contact surfaces (1).
