Install the tailgate button

• Replace the tailgate button (1).

  Parts:  Tailgate button

• Connect the tailgate button (1) with the associated connectors.
• Clip the tailgate button (1) straight into the tailgate from below.
• Check all latch mechanisms fit correctly, if necessary re-press point by point.

Follow-up Work 

• Install the tailgate TRIM PANEL .
• Install the tailgate LIFT SWITCH .
• ENCODE/PROGRAM control unit(s)
