Prepare flushing 2
- Release the nut (2).
- Take off refrigerant line (3).
- Loosen screws (1).
- Remove special tool 2 420 896 .
- Mount the special tool 2 412 530
as shown and secure with the screws on the side of vehicle (1) of the removed expansion valve 1.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Expansion valve to heater - A/C M5 Tightening torque 5.5 Nm - Mount the refrigerant lines (3) on the special tool 2 412 530
and secure them with the nut on the side of vehicle (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Refrigerant line to expansion valve/connecting piece M6 Tightening torque 13 Nm - Release the nut (3) and remove the refrigerant lines (1).
- Release the screws (2) and remove the special tool 2 412 528
