Install the expansion valve for the high-voltage battery unit
- Carefully install the expansion valve (2).
- Tighten the screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Expansion valve to high-voltage battery unit M5x40 screw Tightening torque 5.5 Nm - Carefully connect the refrigerant line.
- Replace sealing rings.

- Connect plug connection (1) and lock.
- Tighten nut (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Refrigerant line to expansion valve/connecting piece M6 Tightening torque 13 Nm
