Install the expansion valve for the high-voltage battery unit

• Carefully install the expansion valve (2).
• Tighten the screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Expansion valve to high-voltage battery unit
  M5x40 screw	Tightening torque	5.5 Nm

• Carefully connect the refrigerant line.
• Replace sealing rings.

  Parts:  Sealing rings

• Connect plug connection (1) and lock.
• Tighten nut (2).

  M6	Tightening torque	13 Nm

Follow-up work 

• Install tank COVER .
• EVACUATE and charge conditioning.
• Activate HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM .
• Install flap in right luggage compartment TRIM PANEL .
