Prepare the swivel bearings for installation
- Loosen spherical-collar screws (1) with the special tool 2 472 903.
- Remove wheel bearing (2) from previous swivel bearing (3).
- Recut the threads in the wheel bearing (2).
- Position the wheel bearing (2) on the new swivel bearing (3).
- Replace the spherical-collar screws (1).

- Tighten spherical-collar screws (1) with the special tool 2 472 903. TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Replace spherical collar screws.
Tighten the spherical-collar screws in crosswise sequence.The tightening sequence must strictly be followed and carried out on all spherical-collar screws at the same time!
Tightening torque20 Nm Initial torque 140 Nm Unscrew all bolts. max. 45° Tightening torque 120 Nm Angle of rotation 90° With right installation: Remount the damper weight at the swivel bearing
- Loosen screw (1).
- Remove the damper weight (2) from the current swivel bearing.
- Position the damper weight (2) at the new swivel bearing.
- Replace the screw (1).

- Tighten down screw (1).
