Installing the brake pedal travel sensor

• Install the tappet (2).
• Replace nut (1).

  Parts:  Nut

• Tighten nut (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake pedal travel sensor to driver tappet
  Nut M6 Replace nut.	Tightening torque	8 Nm

• Check the O-ring (3) for damage and replace if necessary.
• Install holder (1).
• Tighten the screws (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake pedal travel sensor to holder
  M5X10 screw	Tightening torque	5 Nm

• Position the bolts (1) correctly.

• Install the brake pedal travel sensor (2).
• Tighten the screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake pedal travel sensor with holder to bearing support
  Oval-head screw	Tightening torque	3.3 Nm

• Connect connectors (1) and lock.

Follow-up work 

• Install the pedal assembly TRIM PANEL .
• Connect the diagnostic system/executing SERVICE FUNCTIONS .
