Loosen expanding foam tape (1) from the dash panel.

Install the expanding foam tape on the instrument panel

Clean adhesive area of the expanding foam tape (1) .
Replace the expanding foam tape (1) .
Parts: Expanding foam tape
Bond the expanding foam tape (1) onto the instrument panel.
