Installing the backrest frame for the front seat

Attach spring mat (2) to backrest frame (3).
Fix spring mat in position (2) using clamps (1).

Position backrest frame (2) on seat mechanism (3).

Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Backrest frame to seat mechanism
M10	Tightening torque	38 Nm

Secure cover (2) with clips (1).

Insert lumbar support (3) complete with drive unit and valve body,
Attach the tabs (2) of the lumbar support (3) to the highlighted spring wires.
Secure the clips (1).

Insert the valve body (1) with the guides (2) into the backrest frame.
Clip in the valve body (1) using the latch mechanism (3).

Secure the wiring harness (2) to all cable clips.
Connect connector (1).

Insert the guide sleeves (2) from above and engage in backrest frame using the latch mechanisms (1).
