Removing the radiator

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE UNDERBODY PROTECTION OF THE STEERING GEAR AND THRUST FIELD RESPECTIVELY .
- Refer to REMOVE THE FRONT UNDERBODY PROTECTION OR FRONT THRUST FIELD .
- Refer to REMOVE THE BOTTOM COOLING MODULE COVER .
- Refer to SUCTION THE AIR CONDITIONING
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER ON LEFT AND RIGHT IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AT THE TOP .
- Refer to REMOVE THE LEFT AND RIGHT FRONT-END STRUT

Heating and air conditioning system has been drawn off.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

- Loosen screws (1).
- Take off refrigerant line (2).
- Open the lid (1) on the coolant expansion tank.
- Unlock and detach the coolant hose (1).
- Unlock connector (2) and detach.
- Unlock and detach the coolant hose (3).
- Catch and dispose of leakage coolant.
- Unlock and detach the coolant hose (1).
- Unlock and detach the coolant hose (2).
- Unlock and detach the coolant hose (3).
- Detach the rubber band (1) and detach the auxiliary coolant pump from the radiator and set aside.
- Detach the rubber band (1) and detach the auxiliary coolant pump for the exhaust turbocharger from the radiator and set aside.
- Unlock the transmission oil feed line (1) and detach it off the transmission oil cooler.
- Catch and dispose of the leakage transmission oil.
- Loosen screw (1).
- Loosen screw (1).
- Feed the radiator (1) with the air conditioning condenser out through the top and remove it with the help from a second person.
