Install radiator

• Check if the cover (1) is mounted correctly at right on the radiator.
• If necessary, mount the cover correctly.

• Check if the cover (1) is mounted correctly at left on the radiator.
• If necessary, mount the cover correctly.

• Feed in and install the radiator (1) together with the air conditioning condenser and second person.

• Tighten screw (1) bottom cooling module, left.

• Connect the transmission oil feed line (1) to the transmission oil cooler and lock.

• Mount the auxiliary coolant pump for the exhaust turbocharger to the radiator and secure with the rubber band (1).

• Connect the coolant hose (1) to the radiator and audibly lock it.
• Connect the coolant hose (2) to the radiator and audibly lock it.
• Connect the coolant hose (3) to the radiator and audibly lock.

• Connect the coolant hose (1) to the radiator and audibly lock it.
• Pin up connector (2) and lock audibly.
• Connect the coolant hose (3) to the radiator and audibly lock it.

• Replace sealing rings with special tool 0 496 714 (00 9 030)  .
• Position refrigerant line (2) correctly.
• Tighten down screws (1).
