Replacing radiator of the low-temperature coolant circuit

- Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVE RESONATOR .
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER ON LEFT AND RIGHT IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AT THE TOP .
- Refer to REMOVE THE LEFT AND RIGHT FRONT-END STRUT
- Refer to REMOVE FRONT CROSS CONNECTION .
- Refer to REMOVE THE REAR TOP CROSS CONNECTION .
- Refer to REMOVING THE FAN COWL .
- Refer to REMOVE THE FRONT UNDERBODY PROTECTION OR FRONT THRUST FIELD .
- Refer to REMOVING THE UNDERBODY PROTECTION OF THE STEERING GEAR AND THRUST FIELD RESPECTIVELY .
- Unlock and loosen the covers (1).
- Unlock the locks (1).
- Guide radiator of low-temperature coolant circuit (2) out of the guides (3) of the radiator of the high-temperature coolant circuit (4) and remove.
- Replace the radiator of the low-temperature coolant circuit (2).
- Parts:
Radiator of the low-temperature coolant circuit (2)
- If fitted: Remount stone chip guard
- Dismount the stone chip guard (1) from the previous low-temperature coolant radiator (2).
- Mount the stone chip guard (1) on the new low-temperature coolant radiator (2) and lock it audibly.
- Pay attention that the subdivided latch mechanisms (1) point downwards on the low-temperature coolant radiator.
- Insert and install the new radiator of the low-temperature coolant circuit (2) in the guides (3) of the radiator of the high-temperature coolant circuit (4).
The locks (1) must engage audibly.
- Insert and install the covers (1).
