Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE UNDERBODY PROTECTION OF THE STEERING GEAR AND THRUST FIELD RESPECTIVELY .
- Refer to REMOVE THE FRONT UNDERBODY PROTECTION OR FRONT THRUST FIELD .
- Refer to REMOVING REAR UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
- Refer to REMOVE THE COVER IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT ON TOP .

- Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Collect and dispose of emerging fluids. Observe country-specific waste disposal regulations.

- Unlock and detach the locks (arrows).
- Remove the left mounting element (1).
- Attach and secure the cable tie (2) to the cooling module (1).
- Loosen screws (1).
- Feed out and remove the cover (3) at left front bottom.
- Unlock lock (1).
- Unlock lock (2).
- Release the cover (3) of the cooling module at the bottom.
- Unlock the locks (1).
- Unlock lock (1).
- Unlock lock (2).
- Remove the cover (3) of the bottom cooling module.
- Unlock the locking mechanism (1) on the transmission oil lines (2) in arrow direction.
- Disconnect the transmission oil lines (2).
- Collect and dispose of emerging fluids.
- Loosen screw (1).
- Release the screw (2) from the cooler module mount (3) at left.
- Press the cooling module (4) in arrow direction and feed out from bracket (5).
- Unlock and feed out the transmission oil cooler (1) on the bracket (2) at right.
- Guide out and remove the transmission oil cooler (2) with the cooler module mount (1) in the direction of the arrow.
