Replacement: Remounting the cooler module mount

• Remove the right cooler module mount (1).

• Loosen the screws (1) and dismount the lid.

• Loosen screw (1).
• Remove the left cooler module mount (2).

Check

• Check if stop pad (2) is present  on cooler module mount (1).

  Result 

  » Stop pad (2) is not present. 

  Measure

  • Replace stop pad (2).

  Result 

  » Stop pad (2) is present. 

  Measure

  • Continue with the next step.
  • Replace the transmission oil cooler.

    Parts:  Transmission oil cooler

  • Install the left cooler module mount (2).
  • Tighten down screw (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Transmission oil cooler on cooler module mount
  TS6x20	Tightening torque	5.5 Nm

  • Mount the lid and tighten the screws (1).
    TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

  • Install the right cooler module mount (1).
