Installing the right-hand charge air cooler
- Feed in charge air cooler (1) to the guide (2) and into the throttle body.
- Lock the lock (3) audibly.
- Tighten down screw (4).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Charge air cooler to holder M6x35 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Connect coolant line (1) to the charge air cooler and lock it audibly.
- Connect coolant line (2) to the charge air cooler and lock it audibly.
- Secure the holder for the coolant hoses (3) on the charge air cooler.
- Secure the coolant line (4) on the charge air cooler.
- Secure the plug connection (1) on the charge air cooler.
- Secure the tank vent valve (2) on the charge air cooler.
- Connect connector (3) to the pressure sensor on the charge air cooler and lock audibly.
