Removing the pneumatic seat mat of the backrest

Preliminary works 

• Remove front seat outer COVER .
• Remove the front seat outer cover SUPPORT .
• Remove seat adjustment OPERATING UNIT .
• Remove front seat inner COVER .
• Remove the front seat rear panel top rear PANEL .
• Remove the front seat rear panel rear bottom PANEL .
• Remove the front seat crash-active RESTRAINT .
• Remove for front seat head restraint height ADJUSTMENT DRIVE .
• Remove front seat side AIRBAG .
• Remove the front seat upholstery backrest COVER .
• Remove the front seat cushion seat COVER

• Press the coupling (1) together at the marked points and pull the lines (2) apart by gently moving them up and down.
• Loosen the hose support (3).
• Remove the hoses (4) towards the rear.

• Loosen the clips (1).
• Detach tabs (2).

• Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
• Unlock and disconnect the hose connection (2).
• Loosen the cable clip (3).
• Remove the pneumatic seat mat including the associated control unit (4).
