Remove complete exhaust system
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Mount the exhaust system in a de-energized state, following the tightening sequence from the rear silencer towards the exhaust manifold.

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVE THE CONNECTING SUPPORT FROM THE TUNNEL .
- Refer to IF INSTALLED: REMOVE THE TORSION STRUT ON THE RIGHT AND LEFT WHERE REQUIRED .
WARNING:
Hot surfaces.

- Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.
CAUTION:
Component with heavyweight.

- Note component's center of gravity.
- Support component using a jack.
- Secure component against falling off the jack.

- Remove and install heavy components with the aid of another person/other persons.
- Version with ribbon clamp:
Detach the ribbon clamp (1).
- Version with V ribbon clip:
Unfasten circlip (1).
- Loosen nut (1).NOTE: The following step(s) must be performed if the listed component(s) is/are installed.
- Release the screw (1) on the rear axle support.NOTE: The following step(s) must be performed if the listed component(s) is fare installed.
- Loosen screw (1).
- Remove ground strap (2).
- Release the screw (3) on the rear and support.
- Loosen nuts (1).
- Unlock and loosen connector (1).
- Loosen nuts (2).
- Guide out and remove the exhaust system.
