Install the positive battery cable from the starter motor to the auxiliary terminal for jump starting

Positive battery cable from the starter motor to the remote positive terminal

Prerequisite 

• Insert and install the positive battery cable (1).
• Secure the clamps (arrows).

• Feed in and install the heat shield (2).
• Tighten nuts (1).

• Connect the positive battery cable (1) to the starter motor.
• Move the positive battery cable (1) on the anti-twist lock (2) to the stop.
• Tighten nut (3).

• Insert and install the positive battery cable (3).
• Secure clamps (2).
• Tighten nut (1).

• Insert and install the cover (2) in the direction of the arrow.

  The locks (1) must engage audibly.
