Installing fuel delivery line

• Slide the fuel supply line in the direction of the arrow into the snap fastener (2) and lock.

  The fuel supply line must be audibly engage in the snap fastener (2).

• Secure the clamp (1).
• Tighten down screw (3).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Fuel line to cylinder head cover
  6x18	Tightening torque	7 Nm

• Guide the fuel delivery line (2) in and install.
• Install rubber dumper (3).
• Make sure the rubber dumper (3) is fitted correct.
• Tighten the union nut (1) hand-tight.
• Tighten union nut (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Feed line to high pressure pump
  M14X1.5	Tightening torque	26 Nm

• Check fuel system for leak tightness.
