Replacement: Remounting intake pipe and camshaft sprocket

Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Intake pipe to oil pump
M6x25	Tightening torque	10 Nm

Hold down the camshaft sprocket (2) and the oil vacuum pump using a suitable tool and release the screw (1).
The screw (1) features a left-hand thread.

NOTE: Carry out work with a second person assisting.

Remount camshaft sprocket (1).
Observe the installation position of the mounting flats (arrows) on the oil pump.
Make sure that the labeling FRONT is visible on the camshaft sprocket (1).

Replace the screw (1).
Parts: screw

Hold down the camshaft sprocket (2) and the oil vacuum pump using a suitable tool and tighten the screw (1).

NOTE: Carry out work with a second person assisting.

Sprocket wheel at the oil vacuum pump
M8 Important - left-hand thread Replace screw.	1. Joining torque	5 Nm
	2. Angle of rotation	90°
