- Do not use any metal-cutting tools.
- Remove oil and dirt residue from the blind holes (1).
- Check the fitting sleeves (1) for secure fit and damage.
- Identify the cylinder head gasket (1) using the part number.NOTE: If the cylinder head is reworked, an additional seal that is 0.3 mm thicker is available for the service.
- Replace cylinder head gasket (1).
