- Feed out the high pressure line (2) and the low pressure line (4) upwards.
- Mount the special tool 2 286 732
on the high pressure line (2) of the air conditioning compressor and secure with the screw on the side of vehicle (1).
- Mount the special tool 2 286 730
on the low pressure line (4) of the air conditioning compressor and secure with the screw on the side of vehicle (5).

- Preparing the connection to the A/C service station:
- Connect the high pressure line of A/C service station (3) to high-pressure connection of special tool 2 286 732
.
- Connect the low pressure line of A/C service station (6) to low-pressure connection of special tool 2 286 730
.
- Mount the special tool 2 286 732
on the refrigerant line (1) and secure with the screw on the side of vehicle (2).
- Mount the special tool 2 412 531
on the refrigerant line (4) and secure with the screw on the side of vehicle (3).

- Connect the special tools 2 286 732
and 2 412 531
by means of the special tool 2 285 575
.
- Mount the special tool 2 420 896
instead of expansion valve 1 as shown and secure with the screws on the side of vehicle (1) of the removed expansion valve 1.

- Mount the refrigerant lines (3) on the special tool 2 420 896
and secure them with the nut on the side of vehicle (2).
