Installing air conditioning condenser

• Correctly position the air conditioning condenser (2) and slide in downwards.

  The detents (1) must lock correctly.

  NOTE: The operations shown only for one side must be carried out on both sides.
• Slide covers (1) slightly to the rear into guides (2) on the left and right on the radiator.

• Replace the sealing rings with the special tool 0 496 714 (00 9 030)  .

  Parts:  Sealing rings

• Position refrigerant line (2) correctly.
• Tighten down screws (1).

Follow-up work 

• Install the top cooling module COVER .
• Install fan COWL .
• Install the rear top CROSS CONNECTION .
• Install front CROSS CONNECTION .
• Install left and right FRONT-END STRUT .
• Install the left and right top engine compartment COVER
• Evacuate and charge CONDITIONING .
