Installing the trailer tow hitch
NOTE:
Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.
- Position the trailer tow hitch (3) with an auxiliary person.
- Replace nuts (1).
Parts: Nuts
- Tighten nuts (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Mount the rear silencer and tighten the nut (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
| Rear silencer to body/bumper support | ||
| M8 Replace nuts. | Tightening torque | 19 Nm |
- Replace nuts (3).

- Mount the rear silencer and tighten the nut (4).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
| Rear silencer to body/bumper support | ||
| M8 Replace nuts. | Tightening torque | 19 Nm |
- Secure the cable clips (2).
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
- Replacement:
Perform INITIALIZATION in the test module or manual initialization via the button in the luggage compartment (see operating instructions). The PROCEDURE for manual initialization is described in the test module.
Follow-up Work
- Install the rear bumper BRACE .
- Install rear bumper PANEL .
- Install both rear lights on the SIDE PANEL
- Install left luggage compartment wheel arch TRIM PANEL .
- Install the right luggage compartment wheel arch TRIM PANEL
- Install loading EDGE TRIM .
- Install the luggage compartment floor TRIM PANEL .
