INFORMATION
Since 03/2017 (with noted exceptions), the automatic wiper speed reset function which lowers the wiping speed of the windshield wipers has changed. Now when the vehicle comes to a standstill while driving the wipers will continue to wipe at the same speed.
If the customer presses the button at the end of the wiper lever to activate rain sensor mode, the wipers will continue to function as before and wipe based on the amount of rain on the windshield.
Vehicles with SA822 option will no longer have this feature after 07/2017.
