When replacing the module carrier on the front door: Remount components

Removing the airbag sensor on the front door 

• Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
• Unlock the latch mechanism (2).
• Turn airbag sensor (3) in the direction of arrow and remove.

Remove the flat motor for the front power windows 

• Lift fleece (1) as shown.
• Unlock plug connection (2) and disconnect.
• Loosen screws (3).
• Remove the flat motor (4).

Remove the mid-range speaker from the front door 

• Disconnect plug connection (1).
• Loosen screws (2).
• Remove the mid-range speaker (3).

• Replace the module carrier on the front door.

Installing the airbag sensor on the front door 

• Position airbag sensor (1) correctly and turn in the direction of arrow until latch mechanism (2) engages.
• Connect connectors (3) and lock.

Install the flat motor for the front power windows 

• Correctly position the flat motor (4).
• Tighten down screws (3).

• Connect connectors (2) and lock.
• Fold the fleece (1) downwards.

Installing the mid-range speaker in the front door 

• Correctly position the mid-range speaker (3).
• Tighten down screws (2).

• Connect connector (1).
