Punching the contour for the memory switch in the door trim panel

Prerequisite 

• Drill out the bore holes (1) with the drill of the special tool 2 413 239  .

• Clamp the special tool 2 413 239  A in the vice.
• Insert the door trim panel (1) through the drilled holes on the special tool 2 413 239  A.
• Make sure the special tool is aligned correctly.

• Mount special tool 2 413 239  B on the guide pin of the special tool 2 413 239  A.
• Position the nut (1).
• 413 239  Press together the special tool 2 413 239  A and B by turning the nut (1) in clockwise direction.
• Loosen the nut (1) after having cut through the door trim panel.
• Remove the special tool 2 413 239  B.
• Remove the door trim panel from the special tool 2 413 239 A. 
• Press out the punching residue from the special tool 2 413 239  A using the pressing-off tool.
