Install the armrest on the rear door trim panel
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Saw off all welding pins (1) on the armrest (2) along the moldings (3).
- Remove welding remnants on door trim panel with a scalpel.
- Install armrest.
NOTE:
Welding pins must not protrude from the door trim panel.
- Screw the repair screws into the armrest and tighten.
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Installing door pull
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Saw off the welding pins (1) along the molding (2).
- Remove welding remnants on door trim panel with a scalpel.
- Feed door pull into the door trim panel and the armrest.
NOTE:
Welding pins must not protrude from the door trim panel.
- Tighten the screws (1).
