Removing the cylinder head from the assembly jig

CAUTION: Heavy component.
Heavy components can lead to injury or damage.

Remove and install heavy components with the aid of another person/other persons.

Release the screws (1) from the special tool 0 494 150 (11 9 440) .

Loosen screw (2).
Feed out rod (1) in arrow direction and set aside.

Stage the special tool (workshop crane) 2 220 718.

Prepare the special tool 0 490 567 (11 0020).

Insert and install the special tool 0 490 567 (11 0 020) at the cylinder head (1).
Attach the special tool 0 490 567 (11 0020) to the workshop crane 2 220 718.

Feed out and remove the cylinder head (1) with the workshop crane 2 220 718 and special tool 0 490 567 (11 0020) on the device (2).
