Installing the throttle body

• Connect and lock the connector (1) on the throttle body (2).

  The connector (1) must engage audibly.

• Feed in and install the throttle body (1).
• Replace gaskets.

• Tighten screws (arrows).

  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Throttle body to intake plenum
  6X50	Tightening torque	7 Nm

• Insert and install charge air line (5).
• Tighten down screws (4).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Charge air line to throttle valve
  M6x30	Tightening torque	8 Nm

• Connect connectors (3) and lock.
• Connect connectors (2) and lock.
• Connect connectors (1) and lock.

  All connectors must audibly engage.
