Installing the oil coolant heat exchanger

The use of metal-cutting tools (e.g., emery cloths) for cleaning surfaces can damage them and lead to leaks and/or engine damage.

The use of metal-cutting tools (e.g., emery cloths) for cleaning surfaces can damage them and lead to leaks and/or engine damage.
- Do not use any metal-cutting tools.
- Clean sealing surface (1).
- Replace gaskets (1), (2), (3) and (4).
Parts: Seals
- Position the oil coolant heat exchanger on the full-flow oil filter.
- Tighten the screws (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Oil-to-water heat exchanger to full-flow oil filter M6 tightening torque 10 Nm - Tighten the lid on the full-flow oil filter.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Oil filter cover to oil filter module O-ring lightly oiled. Tightening torque 25 Nm
