Install swivel bearing

• Position swivel bearing (1)  .
• Replace screw (6)  and the nut (5)  .

  Parts:  Bolt, nut

• Insert screw (6)  .
• Tighten the nut (5)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Upper wishbone to swivel bearing
  M10 Replace screw and nut.	Tightening torque  56 Nm

• Position the tie rod, lower wishbone and tension strut at the swivel bearing (1)  .
• Replace nuts (2)  , (3)  and (4)  .

  Parts:  Nuts

• Tighten the nut (2)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Lower wishbone to swivel bearing
  M10 Replace screw and nut.	Joining torque  100 Nm Angle of rotation  90°

• Tighten the nut (3)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Tension strut to swivel bearing
  M16 Replace nut.	Joining torque  100 Nm Angle of rotation  90°

• Tighten nut (4)  .

• Refer to SECURING THE SPRING STRUT TO THE BOTTOM WISHBONE .
• Refer to SECURING THE HOLDER ON THE SWIVEL BEARING .
• Refer to INSTALLING BRAKE GUARD PLATE, FRONT .
• Refer to INSTALLING FRONT BRAKE DISC .
• Refer to INSTALLING FRONT BRAKE CALIPER .
• Refer to INSTALLING THE FRONT WHEEL SPEED SENSOR .
• Refer to INSTALLING THE FRONT VERTICAL ACCELERATION SENSOR .
• Refer to INSTALLING THE FRONT BRAKE PAD WEAR SENSOR .
• Refer to MOUNTING THE WHEEL .
• Refer to PERFORMING CHASSIS ALIGNMENT CHECK .
