Replacing cushion for front seat backrest

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Preliminary works

Remove front SEAT .
Remove the front seat backrest REAR PANEL .
Remove front seat outer COVER .
Remove front seat inner COVER .
Remove front seat side AIRBAG .
Remove front seat HEAD RESTRAINT .
Remove both front head restraint GUIDE SLEEVES
Remove the front seat upholstery backrest COVER .
Remove the front seat backrest COVER .

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The heating mat is bonded to the foam pad and cannot be disassembled without damaging it.
When replacing, new heating mat must always be fitted with new foam pads.

Equipment specification with seat heating
Position and align the heating mat (1) on the upholstery (2) .

Bond the heating mat (1) with the upholstery (2) .

Follow-up Work

Install the front seat backrest COVER .
Install the front seat cushion backrest COVER .
Install both front head restraint GUIDE SLEEVES
Install front seat HEAD RESTRAINT .
Install front seat side AIRBAG .
Install front seat inner COVER .
Install front seat outer COVER .
Mount the front seat backrest rear PANEL .
Install front SEAT .
