- Warm bonded connection only for a short time, maximum up to 120°C.
- In area (4), do not damage the spot-welded adhesive joints that are between the second and third panel.
- Open welded connections in area (1).
- Detach the outer section of the A-pillar from the cavity sealings (2).
- Mark and carry out the separating cut (1) as per dimension a. Thereby disconnect only the outer panel. Dimension a = 340 mm.
- Release welded connections in areas (2).
- Release the spot-welded adhesive joints in area (3).
- Release and remove the A-pillar outer part from the cavity sealing (4).
