Conduct the following operation with the assistance of a second person.
Conduct the following operation with the assistance of a second person.
- Raise the roller sunblind electrically by approximately 10 cm.
When raising while removed, make sure the mechanics of the roller sunblind move freely. Danger of injury by trapping!
Disconnect the plug connection on the roller sunblind to interrupt the raising of the roller sunblind.
- Thread the roller sunblind into the storage shelf from the bottom.
- Press together the rear groove (1) and the front guide (2) a little and feed in the rear groove (1) on the storage shelf.
- Feed in the front guide (2).
- Check the rear groove (1) and the front guide (2) for correct fit.
- Slide the spacers (1) forward until they rest against the storage shelf (2) without gaps.
If you forget to carry out this step, the storage shelf may make a rattling noise when driving on rough road surfaces.
- Check the cover caps (1) on the left and right for damage and replace as needed.
- First, insert the cover cap (1) on the left and right from the back and then clip in at the front.
Make sure the cover caps (1) are clipped in and fitted correctly.
- After installing the storage shelf with the roller sunblind and bolting to the body, (completely) raise and lower the roller sunblind 5 times and check for correct function.
